We'll chat for half an hour - in person, on the phone, or via video call - to get to know each other. This is a no cost and with no obligation meeting which will help both sides make a good decision about working together. We need to get a sense for the gaps in your business that we can bring the most value, and you need to get a feel for whether we're the kind of people you'd like to have on your team.
DELEGATING DAILY
When we've agreed to work together, the first stage of adding extra space back into your life will be to start taking tasks off your to do list. This is not about our agenda – we're here to lend strength to your goals. What would you delegate if you could? We'll get it sorted for you.
STRATEGIC PLANNING SESSIONS
After working with you a little while, we’ll start asking questions. Are you as productive as you could be? Is your pricing right? Are your non-billable processes efficient? Is your marketing working for you? Are you on track to meet your goals?

We'll use this info to create a tailored strategy for your business, and then help you implement these changes. Don't panic - most often they'll be small adjustments to improve on the processes you already have in place.
