We'll set aside 30-60 minutes for our initial chat - you and I each have work scheduled for other clients and projects, and I believe it's important that we respect each other's time.

​

 I'll ask you some questions about your business and current processes. What it is you do, which programs you use, whether you're working from a paper invoice book or all digital, better times in the week to catch you; things like that. 

​

We'll explain our expectations and deadlines. While we'll take as much off your plate as we can, there will still be items and information we need from you in order to complete the ShoeBox Tidy.

Our preference is to set some communication timeframes before we start, to ensure the Tidy is as painless as possible for you.

Booking a phone call will give each of us a sense of whether we're a good fit to work together.

If we're a match, we'll explain how the next steps will work.

If we don't suit each other - no harm done.
