The first step to providing quality strategic guidance is asking the right questions. Are you as productive as you could be? Is your pricing right? Are your non-billable processes efficient? Is your marketing working for you? Are you on track to meet your goals?
We'll use this info to create a tailored strategy for your business, and then help you implement these changes. Don't panic - most often they'll be small adjustments to improve on the processes you already have in place.
How it works
If we're working in your business and taking care of your Daily Delegated tasks, you'll be eligible for a Strategic Planning session periodically. This will be a 1-hour session, and the frequency will depend on how many hours we're doing for you.

If you would like a strategic planning session as a standalone service, without the daily involvement in your business, we're happy to offer you a 2 hour session with Karen. We'll need the extra time to cover additional information and context about your business. Before we meet, we'll need you to complete a questionnaire to help Karen prepare for the meeting.

As with any service offered by The Experienced Offsider, we'll start with a free 30-minute Initial Consult to ensure we're a good fit for working together.

Delegating Daily package inclusions, available to you depending on how many hours we work with you:

Average of 3 hours/week: 1 x 1 hour Strategy session every 6 months

Average of 8 hours/week: 1 x 1 hour Strategy Session every 3 months

Our invoices come with a 7-day payment term, with bank transfer our preferred method of payment.
